Bridging the Gap in Nassau County

In Nassau County, young women ages 18-24 often find themselves at a dangerous crossroads. Whether transitioning from homelessness, recovery, domestic violence, or system involvement, they face a significant gap between emergency crisis services and long-term independence. Short-term shelters provide a bed, but they rarely provide the tools for a permanent exit from the cycle of crisis.
