Our mission is to empower women transition from crisis toward stability and independence through supportive housing, personal development experience, life skills education, and access to essential community resources.

We envision a community where women facing adversity have access to the stability, guidance, and opportunities necessary to build their lives with dignity, confidence, and purpose.

Currently in the planning phase.

WICONY is developing a structured transition supportive housing program in the Nassau County area that aims to provide eligible women with a safe and nurturing residential environment for up to 12 months.

Individualized development and goal-setting plans

Life and wellness coaching

Life skills and financial literacy education

Employment readiness and community resources referrals

Support for transitioning toward permanent housing and independence
